Sunday

Had a great night of sleep! The noise in the hall that starts very early in the morning appears to be something I have to get used to I guess. This time not loud annoying guys shouted at each other, but the slamming of doors started as early as 7 o`clock and is still going on now.
The plan for today is to take the tube to somewhere near Southbank. I really want to visit Shakespeare’s Globe and Henk wants to see Tate Modern, which is right next to it. I believe the others will go to Wimbledon or Oxford Street. Sometime this afternoon we`ll meet up with someone in a pub in Soho and then we`ll see.

Oh, by the way, I hope tomorrow morning I will also wake up with a nice tall cappuccino! So much better than the coffee they serve downstairs. A colleague and I tried some yesterday morning, but aside from the fact that the instant coffee was over its expiration date, the taste of it was so terribly disgusting that we took one sip, grimaced, and threw the rest away. Yak! For the rest of the week it`s going to be Marylebone Station cappuccino in the morning! (and of course a bagel).
